Custom / made-to-order items

Most of our tees and hats are custom printed just for you. That means we generally can’t accept returns for change of mind (wrong size preference, design change, or “didn’t like it”) on personalized or made-to-order goods.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Shoot photos of the issue and your order number to [email protected].

Once we confirm the problem, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund — whichever works best for your situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the bank or card issuer to show the credit.
